The Juror |
| On this date 1988 FRB is called upon for jury duty. Although not high onhis priority list, FRB realizes that he needs to adhere to the justice system and therefore saunters down to the court house for his interview. After being put through rigorous questions because of his background it is finally decided that FRB will be a part of the jury proceedings. In fact in this robbery and assault case FRB is selected to be foreman of the jury. Thank god for the defendant as FRB can plainly see many holes in the arguements brought forth by the prosecution such as the time of the crime and more importantly the fingerprint evidence which is a suspect science in any case. After much deliberating in the jury quarters for 2 days, FRB finally convinces the rest of his fellow jurors that if it ain't legit, they must aquit. And so the defendant is aquitted because of the failure of the prosecution to meet the burden of proof. Later that day though FRB is sure to change security codes and alike at his house. Hey the guy may not have been guilty, doesn't mean he wasn't good. |
