| On this nite 1979 it was very hot and humid out, not a soul it seemed could sleep, not even the unwakeable FRB was able to turn off the perverbial lites. Temperatures hit high 80's and low 90's in the late evening and this sticky evening was not passing on well in the nieghborhood of FRB. Only one thing to do thought our hero, have an ice party, that's right, there was a way to cool down! FRB starting calling nieghbor's and they in turn called other nieghbors and soon the big ice fiesta was on at FRB's house was on. There were people sucking ice, putting ice in their drinks, sliding on FRB's playroom floor with block's of ice, FRB also had ice beds designed for a "real cooling down method." All in all this was a cool idea with tempers calming down and a sense of order restored. FRB sat happy with a lemonade in his hand watching the people enjoy their ice gift. And what about FRB? Oh that ice from his drink was being used by his new Norweigan nieghbor to give him a little ice massage, hope it don't melt too soon. |
