| On this date 1990 FRB attempts what is called a system self cleaning, meaning that his body has become so toxic with all the partying and foul mouthed, big mouthed commentary, that he needs to regenerate himself. The time period between these self cleansing episodes were akin to those of Spock from Star Trek whose mating desires awoke every seven years. Like Spock this was a very troubling and tiresome time for FRB. During this time he would not work at the studio and made no public appearences at all. No explaination was given by FRB's publicist "Nace" Gilroy except that FRB had private matters that concerned no one except the artist himself and that this should be respected by the media. Inside FRB's residence was no picnic either as the surly star was forced to clam up, calm down, and stick to a regimented diet perscribed for this cleansing. Television was also banned during this period, for this would only serve to upset our little hero. So most days it was get up, to the pool, a little quiet time with a novel, and perhaps some ping pong in the afternoon. A time for reflection FRB, everyone needs to fine tune their temples. |
